Week 1 | Day 2 – 5:2 Diet
Osu! Friday is Day 2 for me. I intend to do the fast every Wednesdays and Fridays.
Breakfast:
1 x boiled eggs : 60 kcals
2 biscuits Arnott’s Cruskits Light : 43 kcals
1 sachet Nescafe 3in1 Sugar Free coffee : 29kcals
Lunch:
1 sachet Nescafe 3in1 Sugar Free coffee : 29kcals
2 biscuits Arnott’s Cruskits Light : 43 kcals
1 slice Hormel Deli Spiced Ham : 35 kcals
Dinner:
1 x 400ml Banana Smoothie with Low Fat Milk : 169 kcals
Snack:
1 x boiled eggs : 60 kcals
Total Caloric Intake: 468 kcals
I did a lot of workout yesterday (Thursday – 01/17/13) at the gym, had my PRT session with my trainer, also started C25K Week 1 Day 1 and finished it off with 90 mins. Gentle Flow Yoga. So am taking it easy today … only did a few cardio exercises letting my muscles rest and recover from yesterday’s activities.
Will do grocery shopping for fruits and veggies tomorrow so hopefully by next week’s round of fasting I’d have a better food intake.
