Gentle Flow Yoga

Thanks to my friend, I was finally able to attend a yoga class. It’s something I have been dying to do for quite some time now but never really had the chance to do so till today.
So after I finished my PRT session at the gym I did my grocery shopping and then my friend and I went to the yoga center where we waited for another hour and when the class started there were 3 of us students and the instructor happened to be the owner of the studio.
He walked us through the poses nice and easy and I have to say I enjoyed the experience immensely. Some of the poses were a little hard at first but once you ease into it, it becomes surprisingly easy.
I plan to attend a yoga class at least twice a week and continue with my cardio routine and 30 Day Shred as well and hopefully lose all these excess fat soon.
